Effective Date: August 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Gainstage Litigation Innovations LLC ("Gainstage," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with your use of gainstagelitigation.com and any successor domain (the "Site"). This Policy applies to visitors of the Site and does not extend to information exchanged with Gainstage through a signed engagement letter, client intake process, or other direct professional communication, which is governed separately by the terms of that engagement.
The Site is currently an informational, marketing-only website. We do not operate a client portal, upload feature, or intake form on the Site, and no client documents, case files, or case data are collected or stored through the Site.
Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) may automatically log limited technical information from visitors to operate, secure, and maintain the Site, which may include IP address, browser and device type, general geographic location (derived from IP address), pages viewed, and referring/exit pages. We do not control the specific fields Cloudflare logs at the infrastructure level; Cloudflare's own privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
The Site does not use its own tracking cookies, and we have not installed third-party advertising or analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) at this time.
Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies as part of its security and performance services — for example, cookies used for bot detection, abuse prevention, or load balancing (such as cf_clearance, __cf_bm, or _cflb). These cookies, if and when set, are used solely to secure and operate the Site and are not used to track you across other websites. You can review or clear these cookies at any time through your browser settings.
If we later add analytics or marketing technologies that use cookies, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, provide appropriate notice or consent mechanisms.
We use the information described above to:
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
We may share limited information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as our hosting provider, Cloudflare, or an email delivery platform used to manage our subscriber list), solely to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gainstage or others.
If you subscribe to our email list, we use your email address solely to send the content you signed up for. Every email we send will include a clear method to unsubscribe. You may also unsubscribe at any time by emailing us directly using the contact information on the Site. We do not sell or share subscriber email addresses with third parties.
You may also update or correct the information we hold about you (such as your email address) at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 13 below.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any linked third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
The Site is a marketing and informational resource and is not a secure channel. Please do not send confidential, privileged, or case-specific information through email addresses listed on the Site or through the email subscription form. Any professional engagement with Gainstage, and any exchange of confidential matter information, will take place through a separate, direct process governed by an engagement letter.
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information collected through the Site, including reliance on Cloudflare's infrastructure-level security protections. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for a professional legal audience and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for recognizing DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
This Policy is intended to comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). Based on the current scale and nature of Gainstage's operations, we do not currently meet the applicability thresholds under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). If our operations grow such that CCPA/CPRA applies, we will update this Policy to include the additional disclosures and rights required at that time.
We may update this Policy from time to time as the Site, our services, or applicable law change. The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected by an updated posting on this page.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us using the information below or listed on the Site.
