A Request for Your Perspective

A short, market education conversation that will be especially helpful to me for service launches and roadmap updates.

I'm speaking with litigation partners and firm owners about how team roles, the operational work, and professional development for staff and attorneys are changing.

My perspective comes from working in complex litigation as a billable professional, outside vendor, and nonbillable operations team member. This gives me firsthand knowledge of how collaboration among attorneys, vendors, and operations impacts our work from discovery to trial.

Generative AI (GenAI) is here. For high-volume matters, we have Relativity Air, Reveal, and Logikull, plus new tools like Syllo, with others on the way. Exciting! But GenAI’s value depends not simply on purchased licenses, but on real adoption rates and, most importantly, on how its work is scored.

How teams manage potential evidence inside and outside of these tools will determine effectiveness and efficiency.

The conversation and what to expect

Where do you draw the line between billable legal analysis, drafting, and strategy and billable litigation execution and operations? How often does it blur when it shouldn't?

Share your perspective on where the market is headed, how your strategy fits, and where GenAI fits now and next.

Topics may also include division of work, capacity, and how matters with many custodians and high-volume data are handled as scale increases.

Mostly me listening.
